Darlinghurst is a suburb of contrasts and has the ability to turn everything you believe on its head - like how a refreshing Dark Lager is perfect for all seasons, not just winter. Brewed with Saaz hops, it has smooth chocolatey dark side is balanced with a surprisingly light side, making it quite approachable for dark beer.
Found on the fringe of the city and the outskirts of lock-outs. Sure Pyrmont's different, but nonetheless it's discreet and enticing. A 6.5% IPA featuring 15% rye. Crafted with three varieties of U.S. hops creates a strong aroma of pine and tropical fruit with a spicy hop bitterness tempered by the rye. This beer is very approachable for this style.
