WANDERER PALE ALE

SMOOTH TALKER PORTER

This Porter is dark, mysterious and full of flavour. Brewed with Northern Brewer hops creating bold chocolate and coffee notes on the palate followed by a smooth dry finish. It’s music to your mouth.
HAZY IPA

A Cassic Hazy IPA with a light 40 IBU.
Big tropical and stone fruit notes with a touch of herbal and berry flavour.
LUMBERJACK RYE IPA

Inspired by the IPA’s of the Pacific Northwest and brewed with three varieties of U.S. hops. There’s a strong aroma of pine and tropical fruit with a spicy bitterness tempered by the 15% rye. Very approachable but at 6.5% IPA, it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
SPEAK EASY BLACK IPA

Hops: Citra, Amarillo & Chinook
Pouring dark and smooth this 6.0% Black IPA drinks real easy. The big dry hop of Citra, Amarillo and Chinook provides the bold citrus aroma. Subtle dark malt characters & notes of caramel and toffee round it all out. If you’re a dark beer lover, it’s right down your alley.
TOUCAN SESSION IPA
4.5% ALC /VOL
Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Eclipse
Kicking back under the palm trees shooting the breeze, this Session IPA is sure to please. Bold in flavour at 4.5% with notes of lime and tropical fruit with a slight hazy appearance. Remember, Toucans are better than one.
OAKED ORGANIC CIDER
6.8% ALC /VOL
Our Seasonal Release Oaked Organic Cider is golden in colour, with mild apple aroma and floral undertones. With subtle bite and tangy apple flavour, it has a good all round mouth feel. Pleasant oak notes are present, resulting in a dry and refreshing cider. It pairs well with oysters vinaigrette, double-smoked ham and rich cheeses.
